Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development in the construction industry.
• Mechanical, electrical, or MEP construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction environment and project pursuit process.
• Established relationships within the Phoenix/Arizona construction market preferred.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong network among general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, or other decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand presence in target markets.
• Identify and pursue mechanical, electrical, and MEP construction opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with growth plans.
• Lead client engagement from initial contact through pursuit and award.
• Collaborate with leadership, estimating, preconstruction, and project management teams.
