Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development experience within the construction industry.
• Strong network with Phoenix/Arizona industry players.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Phoenix and Arizona markets.
• Identify and pursue mechanical, electrical, and MEP construction opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, owners, developers, and engineers.
• Develop a robust pipeline of project opportunities aligned with growth plans.
• Lead client engagement from initial relationship to pursuit and award.
• Collaborate with leadership, estimating, preconstruction, operations, and PM teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client functions.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, market intelligence, and performance.
