Job summary
Elite Executive Solutions in Phoenix seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth for a mechanical and electrical construction organization. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and position the company for strategic pursuits in the Phoenix and Arizona markets.
You will lead engagements with general contractors, owners, developers, and engineers, shaping account strategies and guiding pursuits from first contact to award, contributing to long-term market
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or client development in construction.
- Strong network in Phoenix/Arizona construction market.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or MEP construction preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert relationships into new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies in Phoenix and Arizona.
- Identify and pursue mechanical, electrical, and MEP opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, and developers.
- Develop pipelines of qualified project opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
- Lead client engagement from initial contact to pursuit and award.
- Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and leadership.
