Job summary

Reeves Young Llc in Tampa, FL is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and cultivate relationships with developers, owners, and architects. You will drive new business bookings and align with operations and preconstruction teams to position Reeves Young as a trusted partner.

You will build and maintain client relationships, explore expansion opportunities, and help shape the business development strategy with input from our Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with proven success and increasing responsibility.
• Must have a tenured record of construction business development.
• Develop and maintain information in CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities, build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and architects, and drive new business bookings.
• Collaborate closely with operations and preconstruction teams to position Reeves Young as a trusted partner.
• Build new client relationships, maintain current client relationships, and identify opportunities and advocates in expansion areas.
• Help develop and execute the business development strategy for each Reeves Young Business Unit with input from Executive Leadership team.
• Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including visiting job sites, participating in project meetings and communicating with the client.
