You will lead the Front Game initiative, map stakeholders, maintain an accurate CRM, and build a robust pipeline in the Savannah market.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
• Proven tenure within Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying, researching, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company’s long-term vision and core markets.
• Lead and implement the company’s Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning intentional engagement.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company's CRM system to track client relationships and contacts, market activity and intelligence, opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes, Front Game engagement efforts.
