Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.
• Existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the market.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: documented, forecastable, and honest.
• Comfortable discussing specifications and contract terms with superintendents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms; own relationships end to end.
• Track permits, bid boards, and project announcements to source work pre-award; pursue and qualify it.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow-up.
• Represent the company at industry events and report pipeline monthly.
