• Comfortable discussing specifications and schedules with superintendents and owners

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms; own relationships end to end
• Track permits, bid boards, and project announcements to pursue work before award
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, follow-up
• Represent the company at industry associations, pre-bid meetings, and client events; report pipeline monthly
