You will build trusted client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and position the company as a partner of choice for complex, high-value projects, leading pursuit strategies. This role blends strategy, relationships, and hands-on pursuit leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience in construction business development, project management, or related role.
• Proven success developing and executing business development strategies and winning new work.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods, market sectors, and industry dynamics.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy aligned with company goals.

• Plan and execute pursuit strategies for key opportunities.

• Maintain CRM data, track pipeline health and forecasting.
• Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities and align solutions.
• Support contract negotiations and risk considerations.
• Drive competitive advantage with organizational capabilities.
• Sustain client success through project execution.
• Promote cross-team alignment across business units.
• Track performance and revenue forecasts.
