Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing deals or renewals.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client partnerships.
• Managing pipelines, follow‑ups, and multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer relationship and is the primary contact for each client.
• Logs call and meeting notes in CRM for management review.
• Follows up on bids within 24 hours; meets the client within 72 hours to review proposals.
• Updates expected award dates in CRM and notes competitor activity.
• Meets with customers to review bid scope, value engineering, and pricing.
• In partnership with the Estimator, refines bids to win deals.
• Becomes an expert user of the CRM; logs communications the same day.
• Captures reasons when a bid is not accepted to improve future bids.
