Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for commercial and industrial fencing projects in Warren, MI. You will oversee projects end-to-end, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include kickoff planning, schedule development, budgeting, client communication, and closeout activities across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial fencing, guardrail, or light civil projects.
• Hands-on field leadership with crews and subcontractors.
• Experience managing multiple projects with schedules and budgets.
• Experience improving scheduling workflows and QA/QC processes.
• Daily use of construction scheduling software.
• Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for cost tracking.
• Experience using mobile field management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff, schedule development, and field execution planning.
• Manage multiple fencing projects, including crew direction and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, permits, deliveries, and staging.
• Maintain project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and final billing.
• Conduct client meetings, project updates, site visits, punch lists, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with estimating and leadership to improve scheduling, QA/QC, and installation processes.
• Manage projects through award, mobilization, installation, closeout, and final billing.
