American Fence & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout.

This high‑accountability leader drives budgets, margins, scheduling, and customer satisfaction, serving as the single point of contact for owners, GCs, and field teams. The role requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, and strong coordination of resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with targeted profitability, across our perimeter

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of GC/CM construction management experience.
• Experience managing a project portfolio as a subcontractor to General Contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, mainstream project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Experience in perimeter security / commercial fence installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all project outcomes — Safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Forecast labor, materials, and subcontractor costs weekly.
• Manage project budgets and ensure margin targets are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, GCs, contractors, and design professionals.
• Prepare change orders and coordinate with field teams to meet deadlines.
