This role serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating with estimating, operations, field teams, and leadership to ensure commitments are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers and key accounts.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customers and programs.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, project management, field teams, and leadership to meet commitments.
• Maintain visibility into active projects and communicate updates to customers.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for additional services.
• Support leadership in strengthening national accounts and retention.
