Job summary

WideNet Consulting Group is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Analyst to support the company-wide win-loss program, delivering qualitative and quantitative analysis and maintaining battlecards, product comparisons, and sales playbooks.

You will work cross-departmentally to develop self-service educational content through meetings and content audits, and you will build customer-facing collateral while uncovering competitive weaknesses and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of competitive intelligence experience in marketing cloud/B2B SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Analytical ability to analyze market trends, competitive products, messaging, and tactics.
• Experience developing customer-facing marketing and/or sales collateral.
• Possesses ownership of tasks and takes pride in completed work.
• Curious, questioning mindset for research.
• Ability to uncover competitive weaknesses and opportunities.
• Creative thinking and ability to weave disparate data into a full picture.

Responsibilities

• Support the company-wide win-loss program's operational needs and quarterly read-out content.
• Create, update, and maintain competitive collateral (battlecards, product comparisons, sales playbooks, customer content).
