You will produce strategic content and collaborate across Product, Commercial, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

This role focuses on turning qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable roadmaps, case studies, and market narratives for board-level presentations and commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Design and run VoC programs including NPS, interviews, and advisory panels.
• Experience with product analytics tools to measure usage and adoption.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities.
• Exceptional written and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence product and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze VoC programs and synthesize findings for leaders.
• Own deployment and analysis of product usage intelligence to inform roadmap.
• Design and run structured win/loss analyses across pipeline and opportunities.
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence and inform positioning.
• Translate intelligence into polished internal/external content.
• Develop customer case studies and support sales/marketing use.
