Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, Consulting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high proficiency across Office apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication to tell a data-driven story.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Experience designing and maintaining governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes, including methodology and automation.
• Drive compliance initiatives with EU Pay Transparency Directive and related regs.
• Advise on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and controls.
• Lead country-level and firmwide analytical compensation projects.
• Deliver and present complex analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate to improve compensation tools, reporting, and processes.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assess compensation risks and support effective controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of programs and policies.
• Partner with global HR, business, and compensation teams for compliance.
