Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, or related field with quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-ready materials

Responsibilities

• Manage firmwide compensation planning deliverables including forecasting, year-end planning, and executive requests
• Develop executive-ready analysis and communications on compensation trends and drivers
• Partner with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable compensation solutions
• Analyze compensation, headcount, financials, performance, and market data to support strategic decisions
• Maintain project discipline across multiple deliverables and timelines
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to risk and policy requirements with sensitive data
