JPMorganChase is seeking a Compensation Analytics Vice President to drive global gender pay gap reporting, regulatory compliance, and advisory support for recruiters, HR advisers, and managers. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, strengthening governance and decision-making across regions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, consulting, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into insights.
• Advanced Excel and high proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate analysis into business narratives.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling information.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence across functions/locations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes including methodology, analysis, automation, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive initiatives ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and related regulations.
• Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and control enhancements.
• Lead and contribute to country-level and firmwide analytical compensation projects.
• Deliver and present complex analyses and reporting to support senior management decisions.
• Collaborate with global HR, business, and compensation teams to drive consistent practices.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assess compensation-related risks and support development of effective controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation tools, reporting, and processes through continuous improvement.
• Support governance and policy enhancements across regions.
