Anduril Industries is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our compensation strategy in a fast-growing environment. You will advise leaders, shape salary structures, incentives, and equity programs, and drive alignment with market trends and internal equity across all roles.

You will partner closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Stock, and Finance to navigate complex compensation issues, lead change management, and educate partners on strategic

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with an operational background.
• Passionate about educating partners on compensation strategies.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.

Mansioni

• Guide People Business Partners and leadership through compensation cycles via calibration sessions and remedies in the G&A function.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation, aligned with strategy and market trends.
• Lead job evaluation processes, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels.
• Partner with G&A leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues and drive compensation initiatives.
• Work with G&A People Business & Talent Acquisition Partners on compensation issues, offers, calibrations, and training materials.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers and teams.
• Spearhead Anduril’s compensation philosophy and strategy as the company grows.
• Build strong partnerships with G&A People Business Partner, Talent, Legal, Stock, Finance and Accounting teams and third-party vendors.
• Be a proactive problem solver, filling skill gaps and offering solutions.
