Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation roles.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams through calibration sessions and compensation remedies for G&A.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity.
• Lead job evaluation processes, market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with G&A leadership, HR, and Talent teams to resolve complex compensation issues and drive implementation.
• Collaborate with People Business & Talent Acquisition Partners on compensation data, offers, and trainings.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers and teams.
• Spearhead Anduril’s compensation philosophy and strategy for growth.
• Build partnerships with adjacent teams and vendors to support compensation initiatives.
