Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our compensation strategy in a high-growth defense tech environment. You will partner with People Business Partners, G&A leaders, and Talent Acquisition to design salary structures, equity plans, and pricing, driving internal equity and market competitiveness.

This role requires 6+ years in compensation, strong analytics, and proven ability to influence executive leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compensation roles.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to track, prioritise and drive multiple projects.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide People Business Partners and leadership on compensation planning cycles.
• Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
• Lead job evaluation processes and market pricing analyses.
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across job families and levels.
• Partner with G&A leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition to address compensation issues.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices.
