Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and equity plans. You will serve as a strategic advisor to People Business Partners and senior leaders in a fast-growing environment.

You will design market-aligned compensation, drive job evaluations, and ensure internal equity while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Stock, and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Compensation roles.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects with an operational background.
• Passionate about educating, mentoring partners on compensation strategies.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide People Business Partners and leadership through compensation planning cycles, including calibrations and remedies for G&A.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs: salary structures, incentives, and equity.
• Lead job evaluation, market pricing, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across job families and levels.
• Partner with G&A leadership and HR to resolve compensation issues and implement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers, calibrations, and training materials for managers.
