Anduril Industries is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our compensation strategy as we enter a period of rapid growth. You will work with the People Business Partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to design salary structures, equity plans, and incentive programs that align with business goals.

• Experience designing and managing compensation programs across salary, incentives, and equity.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analyses.
• Experience communicating with and influencing executive leadership.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable compensation recommendations.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects in a fast-growing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
