You will work with our leadership teams to guide calibration sessions, design salary structures and equity programs, and ensure internal equity aligned with market trends. In this role you will partner with G&A, Talent, Legal, Stock and Finance to resolve complex compensation issues and drive strategic initiatives across the organization, including change management and executive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation roles.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with an operational mindset.
• Passionate about educating and mentoring partners on compensation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams through compensation planning cycles and calibrations.
• Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
• Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with G&A leadership and HR to resolve complex compensation issues and drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners & Talent Acquisition on offers, data analysis, and trainings.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices across the organization.
• Spearhead Anduril’s compensation philosophy to support company growth.
• Build partnerships with G&A, People, Legal, Stock, Finance and external vendors.
• Proactively identify skill gaps and propose practical compensation solutions.
