Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our compensation strategy. You will lead planning cycles, calibrations, and equity initiatives, partnering with executives across the People, G&A, and Talent teams.

The role focuses on designing comprehensive compensation programs, resolving complex issues, and driving initiatives to support Anduril’s hyper-growth trajectory while aligning with market trends and internal equity.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in compensation roles.
Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics.
Experience working with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Capable of managing multiple projects with an operational focus.

Responsibilities

Guide leadership and partners through compensation planning cycles and calibrations.
Design and manage salary structures, incentives, and equity programs.
Lead job evaluation, market pricing, and internal/external equity analyses.
Collaborate with G&A, HR, and Talent to implement compensation initiatives.
Communicate changes and provide training materials to managers and teams.
Drive changes in compensation practices and strategy aligned with growth.
