Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Sales organization, supporting VP and Director-level leaders. This role will drive compensation strategy, design and governance to attract and retain top talent in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will build compensation programs, own end-to-end Sales cycles, and partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Recruiting, and HR to inform offers, budgeting, and performance-based pay in a global company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience, including Sales focus
• End-to-end ownership of sales compensation programs
• Strong understanding of incentive plans and pay structures
• Experience collaborating with Finance and Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated compensation partner for the Sales organization
• Provide data-informed guidance on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention actions
• Own Sales compensation-cycle end-to-end: benchmarking, budgeting, enablement
• Lead competitive intelligence for Sales roles and market trends
• Develop manager enablement materials and training on compensation philosophy
