Job summary

Uber is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join our People Operations team. You’ll influence compensation strategy, design programs, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to align rewards with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4+ years in a fast-paced professional environment.
3+ years progressive HR and compensation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Background in Compensation, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or Economics.
Experience with broad-based and sales compensation.
Strong analytical capabilities and persuasive communication.
Strong planning, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Influence leaders in compensation strategy and programs.
Drive identification, assessment and execution of ongoing compensation process improvement.
Design and implement global compensation programs, budgets and focal reviews.
Assess effectiveness of compensation strategy for technology and product groups.
Consult on global programs, market analysis and annual budget planning.
Provide technical expertise to maintain competitive positioning.
Collaborate with recruiting to secure top talent with compelling offers.
Ensure compliance with global pay regulations and pay equity.
