Job summary

This role advisors HR and business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring competitive, equitable pay programs.

The position requires strong analytics, project management, and collaboration across HR and finance functions. Hybrid work with strong benefits and executive leadership exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience advising HR and business leaders on compensation matters.
• Experience with compensation surveys and job architecture is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market pricing and competitive assessments for a broad range of roles, and develop well-supported compensation recommendations.
• Advise HR partners and business teams on compensation programs, pay decisions, and organizational changes.
• Participate in external compensation surveys and analyze market data.
• Develop compensation-related communications and educational materials for employees and leaders.
• Lead components of annual compensation planning and governance, including data validation and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to keep programs competitive and compliant.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and HR Technology to define requirements and improve pay administration processes.
