Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation to lead the design, analysis, and governance of our executive compensation programs in a hybrid NY environment. You will drive market benchmarking, proxy disclosures, and senior leadership materials, collaborating with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors.

The role emphasizes strategic insights, risk assessment, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience supporting executive compensation, equity compensation, deferred compensation, or related programs in a publicly traded company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive compensation analyses, benchmarking studies, and market assessments.
• Manage executive compensation survey submissions and market data sources.
• Support design, administration, and evaluation of executive compensation programs.
• Review proxy statements, SEC filings, and disclosures for trends and governance developments.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead governance activities including proxy statement preparation and disclosures.
