Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to support administration and ongoing management of the company's deferred compensation programs and related compensation initiatives.

You will perform market benchmarking, plan administration, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors. The role offers a hybrid work setup in New York, NY, with responsibilities spanning analytics, benchmarking, and governance of compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of compensation experience, or related experience in HR, finance, or similar analytic discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, participant transactions, data validation, and ongoing plan administration.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors to support accurate processing, reporting, and taxation of deferred compensation transactions.
• Research and resolve participant inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Maintain administrative procedures, documentation, and processes to support effective plan administration and compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving deferred compensation plans and system enhancements.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive assessments for a broad range of roles.
• Assist with compensation programs, recommendations, and decision-making with HR teams.
• Participate in and organize market compensation survey data to support pricing and pay assessments.
• Assess compensation levels, pay mix, and program effectiveness relative to market practices and internal equity.
• Support annual compensation planning activities, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
