Job summary

NBCUniversal in New York, NY is seeking a Manager of Compensation to administer deferred compensation programs and lead related governance, analytics, and planning. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance and external providers to ensure compliant operations and high-quality participant experiences.

The role emphasizes market benchmarking, job evaluation, and enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to drive strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and 409A.
• Experience with compensation survey data, HRIS, reporting tools, and market pricing.
• Advanced Excel skills with large-scale data analysis and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, contributions and distributions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Tax and Finance for accurate processing and taxation of transactions.
• Research and resolve participant issues with strong customer service.
• Maintain procedures and processes to support plan administration and risk management.
• Support executive communications and materials related to deferred compensation programs.
• Partner on liabilities, forecasting, reporting and reconciliation with Finance and Payroll.
