Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Compensation to oversee the strategic administration of the company’s equity compensation programs. This role partners with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external service providers to align strategy, operations, and compliance across equity initiatives.

Responsibilities include grant cycles, reporting, and serving as the subject matter expert for equity comp. Hybrid work arrangement with strong collaboration across HR and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including grant issuance, vesting events, award modifications, and ongoing plan operations.
• Coordinate and manage equity grant cycles, including annual grants, ad hoc awards, and equity-related corporate actions.
• Build relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders as subject matter expert for equity compensation.
• Provide guidance and resolve complex participant issues with high level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, accounting requirements, and insider trading policies.
• Prepare materials and analyses supporting equity-related reviews and approvals by senior leadership.
