Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join Compensation & Deferred Compensation in New York.

This hybrid role focuses on administering deferred compensation programs and supporting global compensation initiatives. You will partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and external vendors, perform market pricing, and contribute to planning, governance, and data analysis to ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of compensation experience, or related analytical work.
• Experience with compensation survey data, HRIS platforms, compensation systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer deferred compensation plans and data validation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, Finance, and vendors on processing and reporting.
• Research inquiries and deliver high level of service and responsiveness.
• Maintain procedures and processes to support plan administration and compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects for plan improvements and transactions.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and summarize findings for recommendations.
• Support compensation-related decisions with analytics and governance.
• Assist with market survey data and pay assessments.
