Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of compensation experience in HR, finance, or analytics.
• Experience with compensation surveys and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive assessments.
• Partner with HR teams to address compensation-related matters.
• Prepare compensation communications for employees and leadership.
• Support annual compensation planning activities.
• Monitor trends and ensure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Operations/HR Technology to support pay administration.
• Governance of global job architecture and data in HRIS.
