Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Compensation to oversee the strategic administration and governance of the company's deferred compensation programs. The role reports to the VP, Compensation and partners with Legal, Payroll, Finance and external providers to drive strategy, operations, and compliance.

The position requires 10+ years of compensation experience, advanced Excel, and a track record in managing complex deferred compensation programs, with a hybrid schedule and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and 409A.
• Advanced Excel skills for large-scale data analysis and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of the Company’s deferred compensation plans, including enrollment and distributions.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and taxation.
• Build relationships with executive participants and HR leaders as the subject matter expert.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers and service providers; drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with 409A and related regulations; maintain governance controls.
