Job summary

NBCUniversal, a global leader in media and entertainment, is seeking a Manager of Compensation & Deferred Compensation in New York, NY. This hybrid role partners with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external providers to run deferred compensation operations and deliver a high-quality participant experience.

The role covers market benchmarking, job evaluation, annual planning, and cross-functional compensation initiatives, with opportunities to influence programs and processes enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and 409A.
• Experience with compensation survey data, market pricing tools, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Company's deferred compensation plans.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and taxation.
• Research and resolve participant issues with high customer service standards.
• Maintain procedures and processes for risk management and governance.
• Support executive communications and materials related to deferred compensation programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Payroll on liabilities, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to systems implementations and program enhancements across deferred compensation.
