Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Research and data analysis skills for decisions and actions.
• Healthcare industry experience desired.
• MarketPay and PeopleSoft experience desired.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements and unions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Labor Relations, HR, and organizational leaders to address wage-related disputes, job classifications, and compensation matters.
• Support collective bargaining and contract administration through cost analyses and wage calculations.
• Conduct job evaluations, classification reviews, and market benchmarking for equitable compensation.
• Analyze the compensation impact of organizational changes and staffing adjustments.
• Provide guidance on salary offers, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and improve compensation practices.
