Job summary

UC Irvine Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for compensation, classification and incentive programs within the local HR team. You will conduct job evaluations, support new classification initiatives, and ensure policy and legal compliance across UCI Health.

Reporting to the Compensation Manager, you will work with cross-functional HR partners to balance workloads and deliver insights based on data analysis.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement compensation programs for client groups.
• Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on compensation, classification and incentive programs for UCI Health.
• Conduct job evaluations and compensation analyses; assist with new classification programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, collective bargaining agreements, and laws.
• Balance enterprise-wide workload and collaborate with HR teams as needed.
