• Ability to develop and implement compensation programs for client groups.
• Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey findings clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with client groups and other HR areas.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience administering classification and job evaluation tools.
