Prime Healthcare, a leading health system headquartered in Ontario, California, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with hospital leadership to develop and maintain job descriptions and compensation structures.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR, 2+ years of data analysis and market pricing experience, and strong Excel skills.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, job description development and market pricing.
- Strong Excel skills; proficiency with Word/Outlook.
- Knowledge of laws relating to HR and compensation.
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Customer service and problem-solving focus.

- Analyze market trends and conduct salary surveys.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and compensation regulations.
