Union Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Terre Haute, IN. The role focuses on administering and analyzing compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will conduct job evaluations, support planning, and lead initiatives across HRIS platforms. The position requires 3–5 years of compensation experience, advanced Excel, and HRIS proficiency; healthcare experience and CCP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience with job evaluations, market benchmarking, and internal equity.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS analytics experience.
• CCP designation or progress toward certification preferred.

• Conduct job evaluations using market data, internal equity, structure, and business needs.
• Perform advanced compensation analyses including benchmarking, offers, and market adjustments.

• Lead or support compensation projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate positions and assess compensation impact.
• Communicate compensation recommendations and educate on pay practices and regulations.
