Responsibilities

• Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provides day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services.
• Coordinates special projects and activities including wellness program, employee events, philanthropic programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepares reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with responding to manager and employee inquiries, explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
• Maintains documents and trackers, intranet pages, ensuring information remains current.
• Documents and maintains up-to-date process guides and recommends tools to automate processes.
• Supports ASM recognition programs as needed.
• Utilizes problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and achieve actionable results.
