Job summary

You will support day-to-day HR programs, produce reports, coordinate employee engagements, and help streamline processes with new tools, while guiding managers and employees on HR policies and practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with compensation analysis and/or planning.
• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provide day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services.
• Coordinate special projects, wellness programs, employee events, philanthropic programs, and engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to manager and employee inquiries and escalate when appropriate; explain HR policies and laws to staff.
• Maintain up-to-date process guides and propose tools to automate processes.
• Support ASM recognition programs as needed.
