Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a HR Analyst to provide professional support across compensation, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.

You will review compensation packages, assist with SCA-related programs, and prepare reports while maintaining accurate employee records and responsive service to managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with compensation analysis and/or planning.
• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provides day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services.
• Coordinates special projects, programs, and activities including wellness programs, employee events, philanthropic programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepares reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Performs administrative functions such as employment verifications, OPM investigations, unemployment claims, filing, etc.
• Assists with responding to manager and employee inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and escalating when appropriate.
• Maintains documents, trackers, intranet pages; ensures information remains relevant and current.
• Documents and maintains up-to-date process guides and recommends tools/resources to automate processes.
• Supports ASM recognition programs, as needed.
• Uses problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and achieve actionable results.
