Job summary
U-Haul in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Compensation Analyst to lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of the company’s wage and salary program on-site at the Midtown Campus. You will partner with HR, Legal, and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable compensation aligned with policies and laws.
The role requires strong analytics, workday reporting, market pricing, and clear communication to help attract and retain talent while maintaining compliance with applicable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience in compensation administration.
- Experience in market pricing and job evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws affecting compensation.
- Experience with HRIS/Workday for compensation reporting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve wage and salary programs.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA and applicable laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries on compensation.
- Maintain job descriptions to support compensation decisions.
- Create reports and dashboards to analyze compensation trends.
- Collaborate with management, HR, Legal, and external agencies as needed.
