U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support people analytics and reporting strategy. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, extract data from Workday and data warehouses, and translate analytics into actionable insights for management.

The role involves collaborating with HR teams and leveraging SQL, Excel, and Python to inform decisions. This is an on-site position at the Phoenix campus with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience reporting and analytics across HR programs.
• Ability to design and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Extract data from Workday and data warehouses.
• Strong communication to influence non-analytical audiences.
• Experience with HR analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on HR program data to provide actionable insights for U-Haul leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and non-HR teams to understand reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Identify trends, cause-and-effect, and forward-looking implications.
• Present insights clearly to drive action and change.
• Extract data from Workday, Databricks, and SQL-based warehouses.
• Validate and clean data for accuracy.
• Create ad hoc reports in Microsoft Excel for management.
