Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of compensation analysis, design, and implementation experience in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead design and creation of new job roles and job descriptions based on market trends and organizational needs.
• Act as SME on compensation matters including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and promotions for hiring managers and HR partners.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop compelling, competitive offers.
• Partner with HR and leaders to implement compensation strategies aligned with goals.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on compensation initiatives.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
• Monitor changes in legislation impacting compensation practices.
