Job summary

LHH is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to administer and improve sales compensation programs that directly support business performance and to provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Reporting to the Director of Compensation, you will influence compensation design, run commission calculations, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Compensation teams to ensure accurate, timely payouts and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Sales operations or a related field.
• Experience supporting commission or incentive programs.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process sales commissions and ensure accurate payouts.
• Administer sales compensation plans and maintain data integrity.
• Analyze sales performance, quotas, and territory alignment to support plan efficacy.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards to monitor compensation metrics and outcomes.
• Investigate commission discrepancies and resolve questions.
• Support compensation systems administration and optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Compensation teams to ensure data flow.
