Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (HOAMCO) seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee staff, manage community assets, and ensure adherence to governance standards. You will act as a key liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities, supporting the board, residents, and vendors to achieve high satisfaction and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, financial management, vendor coordination, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• CMCA certified or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee community managers and staff to maintain residents' satisfaction.
• Liaise between HOAMCO and assigned communities to facilitate effective communication.
• Oversee daily operations, asset management, and maintenance of community properties.
• Maintain and review financials, budgets, and board reports; prepare variance analyses.
• Ensure contracts with vendors meet board policy and budget constraints.
• Facilitate architectural review and CC&R compliance processes.
• Prepare and distribute timely association notices and board packets.
