Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise personnel and maintain properties across assigned communities in the Las Vegas area. You will ensure compliance with company and Board policies, manage community accounts, and support the board's long-term planning and governance.

You will act as a liaison between HOAMCO and communities, communicate proactively with boards, residents, and vendors, oversee daily operations, asset management, budget administration, and bid

Qualifications

• CMCA certified or higher management designation preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or in related management roles.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community leadership efforts and advise the board on long-term planning.
• Serve as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities.
• Oversee daily operations, asset management, and records.
• Ensure governance and CC&R compliance.
• Maintain timely and accurate communications with boards and residents.
• Coordinate meetings with developers, boards, residents and volunteers.
• Manage budgets and review financial packages for the Board.
