HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee operations, assets, and community relations across assigned properties in Arizona. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage vendor relationships, and support Boards in long-term planning and governance.

The role emphasizes leadership, proactive communication, and diligent record-keeping to maintain high resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• CMCA certified or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead community initiatives and support board planning to align with long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Manage communications between HOAMCO, boards, residents, and contractors to ensure timely, accurate information.
